Terms of Use

The Service delivers training programs, workout logging, testing results, scheduling, nutrition tools, and communication with coaching staff. Some features are available only with an active membership or subscription, or when enabled by your coaching organization.

The Service provides fitness and training content, not medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any training or nutrition program. Stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. You use the Service and perform any training at your own risk, and any in-person services may be subject to separate signed waivers.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts for minors are created and managed by a coaching organization with parent or guardian consent. Self-created accounts require you to be at least 18. You can delete your account at any time in the app’s Account settings or by emailing onyx@onyxperformanceos.com.

Onyx Online (digital subscription). When offered in the iOS app, Onyx Online is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the displayed price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your device’s App Store subscription settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by region.

In-person memberships and services. Gym memberships, coaching, classes, and testing are billed by Onyx or your organization outside the app, under the terms presented at signup. The app displays their status and lets you manage an existing membership.

Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple’s refund policies — refund requests for those go to Apple.

Training programs, videos, benchmarks, and other content in the Service belong to Onyx or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use them within the Service while you have access. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or share access. Content you upload (photos, logs, messages) remains yours; you grant us the license needed to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do not misuse the Service: no unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, interference with other users, or unlawful, abusive, or infringing content in messages or uploads. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onyx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service at any time. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
